To those that have actually played Overwatch, is it really fun?
To those that have played the game, does it really live up to the hype and quality on its pedestal that the community has placed it on? Is it really as good or better than TF2? Is it really the next amazing thing?

I dunno exactly by myself.
Yes, it's fun at first, but it gets repetitive over time.

How so? TF2 is said to be similar, yet never gets reptitive.

I avoided it because i'm afraid it'll turn out like Titanfall and Evolve. Both of them were equally awesome game, but both of them didn't last for long.

No.

It's basically TF2 with 21 classes and skills.

Hey guys. do the different classes have different weapon loadouts?

The game does look fun and by the looks of it, you should give it at least a try.
And then you should read this article, worth a read.[redd.it]

All characters have 1-2 weapons, 2-3 abilities and 1 ultimate ability

Oh cool....
Wouldn't that get a little reptititive over time though? The only thing changing is how you play?

Eh... Maybe. But it didn't really feel reptitive or it didn't for me at least.

Exactly.

There's more emphasis on diversity of characters than quality of them.

Gameplay looks nice though and I will be buying it.

Theirs a lot more classes, but none of them are nearly as versatile then TF2s classes. Its not a bad game by any real means, but I don't think it'll have the staying power as TF2.
