I hope that they do another Napoleonic Wars expansion though, with the new engine it would be fantastic.

They probably will, a lot of the community want a Napoleonic Wars expansion first.

In TES Oblivion you had to go around all the cities recruiting soldiers to tackle the great big Gates to Oblivion to prepare for a grand fight of the ages; ends up with you have about 10 soldiers or so. Big climatic battles definitely wasn't that game's strongpoint.

I recently tried out Nova Aetas (I think that's the name) from the workshop and it's pretty impressive - technology stages, colonisation and all sorts of little secrets with their unique stories.
