Friendly people who are willing to help out newbies by giving good and comprehensive advice. The actual discussions of the game are genuine and serious, but never too serious, theirs always a light hearted and fun atmosphere.
Lots of community projects too, like monthly challenges, "Grand scale games", multiplayer games and more. Several of the regs also have some degree of modding or technical knowledge, so modding advice is pretty easy to come by too.
Biggest issue is the circlejerk can be pretty bad at times, just saying you enjoyed CivBE used to get a lot of downvotes, but I don't think thats the case anymore.
Now and then, the GC:R forum staff make events where you can win free VP.
VP is like Cash, but Cash in the game is bought with real money, but VP can be recieved from both in-game events and during forum events. It's basically the same currency, but gotten in a different way.
A few forum events I can mention are;
Fasion Designer - You pick a character in-game, you either go to Shop or Coordishop and you try to make a theme and/or combination of clothes, skins and armor, whether it's creative or good looking.
Doodle Events - You basically make Grand Chase related art, whether it's traditional, digital or whatever, it counts.
Photography Events - You basically take an interesting or good looking screenshot in-game, whether it's good or not, the staff is to judge.
I'm gonna add this to my post tommorrow, as I'm on my phone right now and it's really late.
It's gotta be stupid and shit, but not that i'm just spamming letters.
A rant about how dolphins are male predators and dicks?
You can always draw inspiration from that, one of the most elaborate shit post in history.
