(Suggestion) Use Google Surveys for player of the week.
They are completely anonymous and free. Also protection against voting twice. You need a computer to use them, no GMAIL account required.

Will make it really easy on mod to collect result..current method is inefficient.

You just create a survey with three text based questions where you will type the names of the person you are electing.
