Probably having to grind two dungeons over 50 times to unlock Rufus in Grand Chase.
It's a good thing knowing that you can also unlock the character by paying with 8500-ish VP (It's basically like Cash, but Cash is only obtainable by purchasing it with real money, you recieve VP from events and more, which is nice)

Unlocking characters is completely option and not all characters are difficult to unlock.
