1. Be cool to company personnel: The Human Resource Department requires mercenaries contractors to be professional and courteous to fellow employees. We require that you keep Social, Religious and Political idealisms off the battlefield. (simply put, we don't care about your background; just be ready to fight.)

2.Have professionalism in the workplace: While we respect results, We also do ask a level of efficiency and professionalism from active hitmen contactors. We ask you to maintain composure during active operations and that ROE is respected (this includes trigger discipline and combat orders to be executed).

3.Love what you do: We're not looking for serial killers (they do it for free, Ugg!), Our employees are calculated and methodical. We love what we do and we ask all our hired guns consultants to have to fun and be creative.
