Your friend should make a Support ticket(there's a link in the ban message notification itself) and ask what the reason was for the ban. Maybe it was something else entirely. Perhaps they goofed. Maybe they only wanted to apply a warning to their account but clicked the wrong button.

I saw the title of that post in two different forums.
I figured it was someone who wanted unused items(a common things in the forums). Literally a begging thread just based on the title.
Whomever reported it must have thought similar(or worse). I didn't even open them.
Posting it multiple times is a no-no also.

Cat naps.
Not long naps but several small ones throughout the day, just enough to recover.
Also the cat foot may be contributing to their food-comas.
Anyway, just my theory. A food theory.
