I just don't get how I'm supposed to have my arms at my sides while also trying to wrap a measuring tape around my torso. So silly.

Wrap it around yourself like a mummy, except just one layer. Hold the overlap with two fingers so you can read the measurement.

But whom exactly? I figure the outrageous things are just attention getting.

It probably takes 5 years to unredact everyone so the current administration can review the evidence. Once they have the full list they redact their own side and the process repeats.
I bet there's something stupid going on like this. If only someone could have a third term we could get to the bottom of it... and get at least one person on that list convicted, possibly "special" guillotined so they can't commit that particular type of crime again.
