Depends entirely on your country. Different countries have different options to charge your wallet depending on local laws and payment methods.

The most accepted ( nearly everywhere) are bank transfer, credit card and PayPal.
But even that may vary by country.
Some have local methods only available in that region and some universal methods may be available in some countries but not in others.
Like Paysafecard. A option in many EU countries but not in Asia or South America.

Try buying something and go over the purchase process. It might also be documented somewhere on the support pages.
