Answer - Although this speed is strong enough to toss a human due to centrifugal force, it turns out the force of gravity is much much stronger than this force. Earth really tries to throw us into space but its gravity force is way stronger by a huge factor. The gravity force is 9.8 m/s2 while the spin force generated is tiny 0.06 m/s2.
