If rice and beans were more fast and accessible then I'd probably eat that quite often - it's simple but it's pretty good, although, slow cooked pinto is much better than canned pinto or some other weird tasting bean that I could live without.
Right now I have sliced salami, cheese, and crackers, so you know what I'm eating often...
I also have a ♥♥♥♥ ton of pepperoni that I got on clearance, plus tortillas, shredded cheese, canned olives, tomatoes and a basil plant. ...it's a little bit of prep but making little sauceless calzone things out of these is super easy and tasty. Literally easier than rice and beans for me right now. But your options will differ depending on which ingredients are plentiful for you.
