All of them.
Every cow in the pasture.

It's not a real tipping otherwise

Well, i live where people get paid properly, but i always give 10% basic, but if i really liked the food or if the staff just was super nice i give 20%.
Restaurant - 20%
Take-out - 0-20%
Delivery - 20%
Tip jar - coins or a buck
I personally still don't get why the customer should be responsible for the wages of the staff. Yes I tip, but they have to EARN it not that tips are a default.

absolutely never tip at all. Where I live the concept is absolutely ridiculous, and even if it was widespread like in Am*rica I still wouldnt do it.
Tipping culture is literally the worst.

Pay your employees properly, abolish tipping and stop forcing the customers to fork out extra money.
I only tip my barber, usually 10% of whatever the cost is at that time.
Also I've read that often those tips won't even end up in the staff hands at least not when done by a checkout screen
we dont have tipping culture because we didnt colonise and use black people to the bone, tipping culture came to exists because after black people got rid of slavery on america on paper, employers didnt wanna pay to black people and said "you dont get wage you get to live by tips you get" thanks to my ancestors i dont have a history im ashamed of.
10%.
Delivery, usually less - like 5%, on top of an always charged (fixed) fee, usually over 15% of medium sized orders.
