Hi mate, I've had a 3080ti for a couple of years now, but the cpu was only an i59600k using DDR4 and PCI3 NVME Drives. So, I've stuck with the GPU and gone for an AMD 9800FX, DDR5 and PCI4 NVME drives. Pretty big upgrade, my CPU was about 5 generations old.
