Benzene is sweet smelling and used in after-shaves back in the 1930s.
However, sniffing Gasoline is a form of substance abuse and should be avoided. You will start getting memory lost, and changes in your consciousness, etc.
As for perfumes, most of them are alcohol based with non-smelling Vodka, then mixed with essential, fragrance, or infused oils. Those can be from plants, fruits, or wood, etc. You can't really say they all smell bad, as it will just depend on what one you like over another.
What you are really after is Benzene. Yet that can be harmful, so rather it's a 2-phenylethanol (a rose oil component) and benzaldehyde (an almond/cherry aroma).
Consider Ford Mach-E GT premium fragrance for men. It will smell just like your beloved Benzene / Gasoline, with a touch of smokiness and rubber.
You should've smelled the gas when it had led in it, red and yellow
