I did a report in college about a plantation and later share cropper farm. I had to drive deep into the still semi segregated south for field research. When I got into the town I stopped off at a burger joint to eat. When I was leaving the parking lot, I rolled down my windows and asked a group of guys...

"Do you know the way to the plantation?"

They replied "Say what ****** ******!"

I had to tell them that I was doing a study, and that they had an old plantation settlement in their town. They had no idea.

It never occurred to me how racist I sounded asking 5 black dudes that question until I said it!

I thought it strange they didnt know their town had that historic place.

Trump wanted to waste US Tax Payers money to paint the Trump Wall black last time and had a massive estimate on it. Now they are actually doing it... so much for DOGE (cough scapegoats of Project 2025).... claiming painting it black will make it hotter in the heat to not climb, rolls eyes.

The real question is how Trump will attempt to rewrite US History to just not count the Covid cases and illegal crossings during his own terms. He shows random charts going up with stats no one else knows of even existing...
