There is no "Steam" Folder anywhere on my Macbook...
Hi, so I've (very) recently installed Team Fortress 2, and I've been struggling to get it to work properly ever since. I mean, I can certainly play it, but the lag is unbearable. But this isn't about TF2. You see, I went to use one of the infamous "Chris' TF2 Configs", but soon realized that I have no "Steam" folder ANYWHERE on my Macbook. I'm running Snow Leopard by the way (not Lion).

So I go into Users/[my username]/Library/Application Support, but then there's no "Steam" folder there. I tried using spotlight, I tried using the "Go" menu in Finder, and I even tried searching for it in the Finder search bar... but nothing works; there is literally NO "Steam" folder on my Macbook, even though I have Steam installed!

Anyway, any help would be greatly, GREATLY appreciated. I've spent enough time already trying to work this out, and I feel like giving up.

Thanks,
Zeto

I do not own a mac, but a quick Google search says:
~/Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/STEAMUSERNAME/Team Fortress 2/

The very same google search result also said that the Steam folder doesn't show up under a spotlight search.

I appreciate the response, but unfortunately, I've already tried that. I just tried it again, and it doesn't work.

Oh, hey, I figured it out! ...Sort of.

I mean, I finally opened the "Steam" folder, but I have no idea how I did it.
You probably right-clicked the steam icon shortcut and picked "Open containing folder" or whatever Macs have these days. (I miss the Alias feature, RIP System7)
