If you can get on any other server then you're in luck and NOT VAC banned. But now you know that particular server has a butthead admin. But even then, some will just kick, or temp ban (1 hour, 5 hours, a day) so if you do get back in(from a kick or temp ban), try to be nice for their leniency.
You'll find that the vast majority of CS:S servers are not run by Valve.
Maybe the Server Name has a web address or clan name in it? Google that.
To clarify:
VAC bans are per a game basis. Getting banned in one game will not ban you from others. There are a few exceptions:
https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=7849-Radz-6869
Cheating in one of the following Source games will result in a VAC ban for all games in the list and your items from Team Fortress 2 will be removed except any items that have been purchased:
Counter-Strike: Source
Half-Life 2: Deathmatch
Day of Defeat: Source
Team Fortress 2
Cheating in one of the following Gold Source games will result in a VAC ban for all games in the list:
Counter-Strike
Condition Zero
Ricochet
Day of Defeat
Team Fortress Classic
Half-Life: Deathmatch
Deathmatch Classic
Game = Compleat Game.
If you are VAC banned in MW3, then you can still play BO2 just fine.

Sorry, Carmine ☭. I was unsure of what you meant by VAC secured games. I have a feeling you were talking about individual instances of the same game, but wanted to make sure people aren't confused.
