The system requirements state you need a video card with 1GB of VRAM. I only have one 512MB card and it won't play well on the lowest settings. Looks great though considering.

You can try and ask Support for a refund. It is rare they give them out though. Just explain the situation to them the best you can.

dunno where to check specs. i dunno about pcs that much but systemreqlabs gave me over recommended result. when i play with lowest quality setups i get freezes and very low fps. comparing to WoW: mist of pandaria my pc didnt pass the test, still i can play it no probs. i heard alot ppl complaining about ns2 running slow not just me.

On the Steam Client, look along the top of the main window until you find the "HELP" menu. Click that. In that menu, click "System Information".

That lists your system specifications along with your installed programs. If you paste your system specs here (You can leave out the Installed Software section, though!) we can let you know if you are above or below the system requirements for NS2.
