wrongfully banned
Hello peeps,

Just trying to get more exposure to the useless staff that steam has hired for their support team and also your expirience with them.

I am the co-founder and owner of a platform called c - here users can play for their csgo skins.

On the 6th of april all our bots and personal accounts were banned. (also this account). After 7 days we didnt have any reponse from steam where I decided to make this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7rsVYevFiro video which shows how fast they react to issues where the company makes more money.

After that they replied with just a copy-paste message. saying

Hello Yasin,

Thank you for contacting Steam Support.

We apologize for the delay.

Your account was reported for actions relating to item trading scams.

Your trading privileges have been suspended permanently. We have a zero tolerance policy for scamming.

Additionally, Valve reserves the right to refer the matter to the appropriate authorities if such activity continues.

I replied and did not get any response so made a new ticket where I asked them to show me proof they again replied

"Hello Yasin,

Thank you for contacting Steam Support.

Steam Support has provided you with all of the relevant information regarding this issue. You can log into your account at support.steampowered.com to review your Steam Support tickets.

You will receive no further correspondence regarding this matter."


Our only hopes now are getting in touch with a representative of VALVe or one of the csgo dev's who could bring more like to this case. If we are unable to do that, We will be forced to take legal action against VALVe.

An issue where the justice for thousands of people is on stake is being ignored because someone at steam support is getting late for lunch.

Tell us about your expirience with steam support in cases where there was no profit for the company itsself involved.

Trade bans are not random. There is a legitimate reason your bots and your own account got banned.

They're not obligated to tell you why, just that you are. If you really want an answer, you can take it up in litigation.

Otherwise, no amount of complaining or begging to Steam will get your bots unbanned.

When I ask them for proof they ignore it and lock the ticket.

having done 3000+ trades, never attempted a scam and spent over 12000$ on my steam account ban me assuming that I scammed someone ?

They didn't assume. Support investigated your account thoroughly and determined you were guilty.

Just because they have proof doesn't mean that have to tell you. (Hint: You're not special; they don't tell anybody.)

I can say myself I use and it is not a scam, no scams were ever involved as I had both won and lost on the site and still even have items that I am no longer able to retrieve on the bots.

Well, you are one user out of (reportedly) 7,000 or so.

They don' provide proof, just a "We found evidence of <what ever you did wrong>, your suspension will not be lifted".
