And steam support cant prove that reason
They're not obligated to tell you why, just that you are. If you really want an answer, you can take it up in litigation.
Otherwise, no amount of complaining or begging to Steam will get your bots unbanned.
Sure they can! (Otherwise, what would be the point?)
When I ask them for proof they ignore it and lock the ticket.
That will be our move if we can't find any contact to VALVe
They've conducted their investigation internally and determined you're at fault.
having done 3000+ trades, never attempted a scam and spent over 12000$ on my steam account ban me assuming that I scammed someone ?
They didn't assume. Support investigated your account thoroughly and determined you were guilty.
Just because they have proof doesn't mean that have to tell you. (Hint: You're not special; they don't tell anybody.)
They haven't investigated. If they did they would have unbanned the accounts else provided proof.
Doesn't make sense
Well, you are one user out of (reportedly) 7,000 or so.
They don' provide proof, just a "We found evidence of <what ever you did wrong>, your suspension will not be lifted".
