When you boot your PC, it will show a quick menu, press the relevant key to access it, usually a function key F1, F2, etc.

You can access it from within Windows directly and get it to boot straight to the BIOS, I'm using Windows 11 so it might be different for you. Open your search menu pressing the Windows key and I. In the new window that opens, type in recovery options, on the new menu, you will see an option called advanced startup, that will reset your PC and take you straight to the BIOS. It should explain what it does with a small restart button next to it.

"To set up your Legion Go S z1 Extreme BIOS, turn the device off and then hold the Power and Volume Up buttons simultaneously until a menu appears, from which you can select "BIOS Setup". Once in the BIOS, use the blue button at the bottom right to access submenus and make changes like increasing the VRAM for better performance. Save your changes by navigating to the "Exit" tab and selecting "exit saving changes"."

Good luck.

Open CMD as administrator, and type "shutdown.exe /r /f /fw /t 0"
This will reboot your PC and take you directly to the BIOS. If you want to make this a shortcut, create a Shortcut and type the command.

It is no traditional PC. Check the specifics OP shared.

This could be caused by having GPU acceleration on. Try turning it off. This happens alot with it on. For more information, please read this:
