Hi! First time posting on steam forums, so please bear with me.

I've been using the built-in clipping feature from steam for a bit now, and for me it's been working as it should. However, some of my friends whom i send my clips to either can't play the clip at all, only hear audio until they open the link in their browser, or have other issues regarding viewing my clips (using the "create share link" feature, as well as sending the file itself).

Are there any known solutions to the issue im describing? i've tinkered around with some of the settings, such as the encoder, but it doesn't seem to help as far as i can tell.
