1) Are you responding to a YT video or
2) Gathering info to make a YT video?

Because this just does not sound like a "normal" question.
It was suspected that the update, KB5063878, was causing SSD failures but neither Microsoft or Phison, the SSD controller manufacturer of the suspected drives, have not been able to confirm it. MS does admit there is a bug in the update that affects certain UAC scenarios, but nothing about SSD.

I'm asking as user. Since update release I avoid downloading “heavy” games due I couldn't get relevant info about KB W11 update and steam downloads

I see. It seems that even uninstalling the update doesn't solve the problem. JayzTwoCents did a test about it and the problem persists even using a videogame benchmark

I'm aware of a "random" headline whilst doing a quick scroll through google's news section. Something about MS denying that the update affects SSDs? Either way, I believe it to be a bit hubris to expect them to never push a bad update in the future; they look a bit too "push-happy" to me.

Anyways, always have backups, on separate media. (I did this on Windows, and will continue to do so on Linux. I skip downloaded games from Steam, though. But I keep save files that would be missed, even if there is a Steam Cloud copy.)

Remove the update.
