Several games. Where do we start? Final Fantasy 2 (SNES USA). Myst. Doom. Metal Gear Solid. Zelda 64. Symphony of the Night. Skyrim. Far Cries. Metal Gear Solid 5. Mechwarriors.
For atmosphere, Stalker and Stalker 2 can not be beat. At times, I'm exploring an area with nothing but the sound of my own footsteps. That adds to the feeling of being alone. Just me and my weapon which can be ripped out of my hands by an enemy called a Burer, I can go from being well-armed to defenceless in a heart beat.
Other games I've enjoyed, Skyrim, Dying Light and Cyberpunk 2077.
