Valve just made a game out of using Steam itself.
That being said doing so means collecting garbage badges. The best badges can be for game with up to fifteen card sets. Sp yeah you'll have a high level, but garbage not worth showing off, and showcases you can't use. Maybe set your sights a little lower with this, and craft some nice badges for some great games. You'll get cool badges, sweet backgrounds, and nice emoticons.
You don't need to hit level one hundred. You're profile will be sick long before that, but if you blow all your dough on cards. You wont be able to get the steam points. To spend on things like those additional/expanded showcases. Not to mention the games you'd buy to get those steam points. Why blow three hundred bucks on hot trash. Just to get to level one hundred as fast as possible.
