I have one idea - they (bots) need to be removed.

What do you mean? I know it seems like there's no point but could you explain?

There are some users who decided it would be fun, in their own twisted way, to use chat bots. Most of them are obvious.

The CS2 game hub has multiple groups of chat bots that made it very clear they are bots and can post more than 100 lengthy posts in less than 1 minute.

Entire internet has huge bot problem and that includes Steam.

In the Steam forums that I read, annoying human posters are a much bigger problem -- mostly jester farmers and other trolls. I'm sure there are some forums infested with actual bots, though.
