Hello i am ingame at the year 2058? I don´t get at 2050 no more new people, half at money, is the game really end or its a bug?

I receive an e-mail saying that I have new job-offers, when I try to see the new job-offers, they don't show up, what can I do to change clubs?

IF anyone still plays this game what tactic are you using because it seems SM are always ruining tactics with every update

I've been monitoring my training sessions and I've noticed that it's completely worthless. I spent all my manager points to max out the attacking tree. I got my 18yo $11 million AML to score an increase to their passing by 5. HOWEVER, this increase is offset with a loss of 1 in five of the other attacking categories, e.g. long passing, along with 4 other categories, decreased by 1. What's the point!? If the increase is offset by decreases to related characteristics, then why should I even bother to train?...
