Replenishing aircraft torpedoes from CV
Is it intended behaviour that I cannot replenish my two uses of torpedoes from a CV when I land my torpedo bombers on them? It replenishes when I land at an airbase but not the CV itself.

I played this game ages ago and I feel like this was not the case back then, is this a bug or an intended feature?

trying to figure it out myself, dont remember it being an issue in the past but playing it again and here we are.
Anything further on this?
Thought this to. But if you look in the manual all special type of ammo must to reloaded at an air base. This makes torpedo bombers a bit weaker as they can only be heavily used if there is an air base on the map other wise the dive bomber will be your better option.

Not true. Just discard the equipment on the carrier and buy it again for no prestige loss. It's a stupid mechanic that the devs should have just enabled the torp bomber to resupply and negated the tedium of clicking through menus. I see a number of glaring common sense issues that they should have resolved long ago, frankly.
It sounds silly but I think they only intended you to be able to use the torpedoes once per scenario. This game is not an accurate air battle simulation. Aircraft is heavily nerfed in this game vs aircraft AA but I think they do this to make the ships more enjoyable. It's a puzzle game. Aircraft is however pretty dominant when it comes to bombing land units.

See my above post. You can easily just discard the equipment and re-buy it from the carrier. Even then, as mentioned, you can just resupply them at an airfield. It's just a bad design by the developers because there ARE ways to get more of them - In fact, I would argue it's intended for you to resupply them giving the inordinate amounts of enemies they spam at you - it's either strangely limited in how you can do so, to the point it's unrealistic, or involved tedious navigation through menus to achieve.

Yes I think you may be right, it is in fact intentional. I've been using this for reloading fighter bombs more frequently in my play.

The equipment is definitely useful and I like that it lends further customization to my units. I just wish it was 100% more user friendly. Clicking through menu upon menu is fine when I'm setting up my units. Doing it mid-battle for Aux units is kinda annoying, but again sometimes useful, but the absolute worst having to click fighters, discard bombs, add bombs, etc...
