Got black screen in playing the OP/ED

when playing the movie of OP/ED through the gaming process or from the movie gallery, my screen always got black and could only hear the BGM (no video...)

I've wrote this to the support email, yet got no reply. [the staff have already replied to me, thank you Mangagamer!] Any possible solutions?

[still no idea about the solution...]...

The display is ridiculously small

It claims to run on Windows, so I'm not sure why it doesn't have settings for screen resolution. On my laptop, everything is so small I can barely read the text.

Would love to have a Chinese localization!! Or at least the Chinese content translation!!

Really love this game and I'm glad it has an English version of the contents. However, I feel it would be helpful if it could perhaps recruit some Chinese translators so that it is more accessible to Chinese players - which is a big market. Every time I try to share the excitement with my friends, the lack of Chinese content makes it a bit more difficult... Is there any chance it can be updated with a Chinese version of the contents? I would love to play it one more time in Chinese!! (tho I played it sever...

Ending movies - black screen

Hi, I really have fun playing NO, THANK YOU!!! so far. But there is one issue: When reaching a bad or good end ingame, the movie that is supposed to start does not work. I can hear sound, but the screen is just black. The only one that works fine is the intro at the beginning. Is there any way to fix this? Also I'd like to know if there is any chance in hoping for steam trading cards and backgrounds or achievements?

This game gave me a soft sweet teddy bear to hold only to rip it off my hands when I had my guard down, ripping all the stitching right in my face, sitching it back poorly, only to spit on it, dunked it in a pool of blood, set it on fire, ran over it, put it in a blender and made me drink the mixture. 10/10 sex tho (I'll pretend to not know how to read when I look at the gallery)
