Hello! Please specify what program do you use to capture games and sound? Also, check if this program records sound in one audio stream or in different ones?

We are very sorry that you experienced this. Please try the following solutions, that should help you:
- Please install the most up-to-date drivers for your GPU.
- Then please, go to Steam, Library and right click on "Movavi Video Suite 18", select 'Properties' and 'Local files', select 'Verify integrity of the game files' and wait for the process to be finished. Try to launch the program again.
- If the problem still persists, try reinstalling the program.
