Did you try to verify the files first? If so and still nothing maby try to reinstall it from start to end. I say so because a friend of mine had same or other issue too and did what I sugested and now seem to work fine for her. Not say that it might work for you tho, bcause other system etc.

Hello! Please specify what program do you use to capture games and sound? Also, check if this program records sound in one audio stream or in different ones?

- Please install the most up-to-date drivers for your GPU.
- Then please, go to Steam, Library and right click on "Movavi Video Suite 18", select 'Properties' and 'Local files', select 'Verify integrity of the game files' and wait for the process to be finished. Try to launch the program again.
- If the problem still persists, try reinstalling the program.
