Says if i continue without logging in it will not save my data and sure enough it didn't anyway to fix this?

Hi. Does anyone know how to unlock sergeant/captain pauldrons? When GFWL was up, i almost reached rank to get sergeant ones, but since it's dead...well, i can't. I know there is a way to unlock everything, but i don't need that :D. Any tips?
