How come its never on sale?

Seems like a lot.

Did UI and HUD are stretched on resolution wider than 4:3 like on original. I'm on half way of my original retail copy at 21:9 and HUD is stretched. If its fixed in remaster i could switch to it. Only that one screen from garage shows stretched UI :(

The game has not been remastered. The ability to use higher resolutions does not make it a remaster. The HUD doesn't scale for high resolutions. AF maxes at 8. Anti aliasing is nowhere to be found. Basically anything that would require someone to actively add, or rework any aspect of the original game is missing. Dont buy this garbage, and never support the companies involved in the future. They obviously have no regard for their customers....
