Should I kill them and their entire bloodline?

I've gotten two so far; the eye one and the one where you meet a hooded figure. I got the first one by trying to give good advice and the second by trying to give bad advice. Are there other routes/endings? Also, as a sidenote, I really love this game. One of my favourite parts was telling someone they weren't being stalked, only to see a figure follow after them immediately....

I really enjoyed this little game, but the endings have kind of confused me. Perhaps I'm just dumb lol but what do the "Hooded Figure" and the "Eye" represent or is there even a meaning? Does the Hooded Figure ending happen if we make decisions that mostly negatively effect the world? Or is it random chance for either ending?...
