When I play classical chess against Pawn of the Dead, the program won't allow me to castle. Can you fix this please?

I want to get a real battle chess clone for Linux. I'm intrigued to play your campaign, but also wanted to check if you can play regular chess with this game. Both against the CPU and local or online.
