What does that mean? (how do you get this achievement?)

I started an Irish game, won 22 straight, got promoted. Second season, in the middle league, I won 22 straight, AND won the cup. Never lost a game. Third season, I just won the first two continental matches...regular season hasn't started. Level 2 in all my facilities, level 3 for training, and I have 100k in the bank. My second season, I scored 69 goals, and gave up 6. When will this game, if ever, have even a decent challenge?...

Perfectly normal 4-4-2. Average players in the mid-field and defense. Getting maybe one third to one quarter the chances that the other team is getting. Just got outshot 20 to 1. Granted I did have 3 chances. What is going on?
