I say that affectionately; I genuinely dig the vibe and what it's going for, and I'm no stranger to NES style difficulty, but there are some elements of the way that some things interact with each other that doesn't quite work. - If L1 is the button to dash, it at the very least needs to be a constant 'on' state as long as it's being pressed that affects every time I press Left or Right. I don't know if the simultaneous button press of [L1 + Direction] is its own IF statement rather than L1 being its own ...

I have 100% complete on all levels except where you are in reactor in mekacity docks and you have to jump between spikes 2 times. its near impossible. How to do it? can dev make it easier in a patch? I hoped the new weapon you get in same level after easter eggs would destroy spikes....
