I have gotten all achievements except this one. Not sure what I am missing. I did talk with Tommy and saw Gerbie and left when his Mom found him also. Have never seen him since then. Is there something I am missing? I have played thru the story at least 5 times and never seen any thing else for Tommy. Perhaps it is a bug? Any help appreciated....

Hey, I finished up my first playthrough last night and decided I would see what the other routes had to offer today. The story (or stories) was excellent through and through, but after I had finished, I noticed that I was still sitting at 98% completion in the pause menu. I've unlocked all the Steam achievements, I've done the three side stories (Lena, Tommy, and Mr. Kim), and I'm not seeing any locked entries in the Gallery or Episodes screens, so I'm curious what else counts towards completion that I mig...
