Why can't I just rotate out with a mouse though? I know you can click, drag and use buttons. Not sure why I can't just look around from fixed position

I get a notice that the game can't switch screen resolution. Have no idea what the problem is because when I first got it, it worked fine. Computer running on Windows 7 with a Nvidia Quadro 2000 screen card.

My sister and I are working on adding trading cards for the game. If all goes well and no cats decide to sleep on our keyboards, they should be ready soon.

Any advice?
