I've tried to play the game but every time the fmv is lagging

Hi, I'm having an odd bug which prevents me to play properly the game. The video flash and stutter on the left side. I guess that's a problem related to codec used in-game or maybe related to videocard setting. So, I was guessing if somebody else got the same problem?
