Oh it's using it's Anvil engine for Origins, so motion blur might not be located in the options, it might mean you are required to use a re-shader to mod it to be removed.
So knowing this we can apply it to this file in Documents
"Documents\Assassin's Creed Odyssey\ACOdyssey.ini"
Add MotionBlur=0 in between Lighting and Rain
Lighting=
MotionBlur=0
Rain=
Thanks to your insight and information, I was able to re-enable Motion Blur in oddysey (because they had removed it on PC). Now the movement of camera and all is much more visually smooth, far less judder on my high hz monitor. Thanks!
(and this isnt sarcasm... I actually WANTED to enable Motion Blur in this game cause it looked terrible without it on... rare case)
