Good Day. I would like to offer my feedback on a few segment of the game after playing it for about 8 hours. Firstly I quite like the ship builder, it is versatile and the ability to change orientation for strategic advantage is nice. You could improve the experience with elements such as allowing the user to confirm a blueprint they cant afford, allowing partial build without the fiddlyness of saving a blueprint of a partial work. Something along the lines of a scaffold and resources due would be nice. ...

So apparently the lack of galaxy size choices in the base game is intentional, and I admit that there doesn't seem to be much need for more than 50 stars. the cockpits need to not always require a processor when damaged, this has soft locked me multiple times in a row, ship was fine, hit repair, repairs start on cockpit, don't have any processors, ship now stranded. like what???

Is it possible? It does not feel possible. I just wanted to save the effort of building a cannon I unlocked when I captured a derelict with a canon.

So I have played the demo for a while and also seen a couple of youtube videos as well as looking a bit on the forum. One of the things that is holding me back from buying the game is actually the ship designer. It looks like you are forced into a "bigger is better" path. If you do not go big, you will not be able to defeat later enemies.
