Would it be possible for the Item Manipulator to have a passive mode, allowing the workers to gather whatever items are nearby? It's irritating that I can direct a factory ship to mine out an entire massive asteroid but have to babysit it to get them to actually harvest the materials as space becomes available. Giving them an order to just collect resources as storage opens up would let them keep up with production while my attention is elsewhere. Is this already a thing, or could it be added to streamline...

I read some earlier posts that you cannot claim a ship defeated in battle without an airlock. Curious if that will change in the future? I know games like Space Haven allow you to show up on a derelict ship with a hole in the side and patch it up to take it over. I took out a really nice ship here that is mostly intact. Having a lot of fun so far. Looking to see how this progresses in the future!...

Fame being tied to how many people you can hire should be removed in my opinion, or at least completely reworked. I was wondering why I quit the game half way through last time when I was having so much fun this time around. Then I apparently reached the same point again. I have a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of money, but I can't buy crew. I can't do my regular pattern of upgrading the ship because it's pointless, the ship already has a lack of labor. Suddenly turns the game into an artificial grind instead of something...

making bombers is kind of annoying because there isn't a keybind that will fire the nukes on command unless you cycle through the different firing orders. a dedicated keybind for better control would work well.

So I have tried the demo, and I didnt know what to do. The tutorial wasn't helpful has it didn't indicate objectives or step by step guides... Are there any hidden tutorials?
