The second entry in the Pocketwatch Games back-catalog, Venture Arctic is an “Interactive Nature Documentary”. Caribou and Wolves roam the tundra while Polar Bears and Orcas patrol the icy seas. The player must harness the forces of sun, snow, and wind to create balance in these fragile ecosystems.

Too bad

If only this game wasn't so manual! You havfta replace everything instead of it automatically regrowing. You should be able to sit back and enjoying the game. If only it was like Venture Africa, it'd appeal to me too.

Svalbard achievement

Is anyone else unable to get the "Unlock Svalbard" achievement? I have all other achievements, but not this one. I tried reinstalling the game, removing the "PocketwatchGames" folder in my documents and just doing it on another pc, but nothing helped. There are more people (9 .1% instead of 6.3%) that have the "Unlock Siberia" achievement (which comes later) so it seems like some kind of bug....

Broken?

I can't even get into the game, it goes to a main screen asking for a new profile, but I can't click on or type anything anywhere. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, don't know what else to do? I'm pretty bummed, I really wanted to play this game :(

Cheats

If you press F1 while in a map, a window will appear asking you a question. If you type in Canary, Tortoise, Leopard, and Mantaray, your summer, spring, fall, and winter energy, respectively, will be set to 1000. Just thought I should let everyone know.
