Welcome to the late 20th century comrade! You are tasked to build a city that would make Lenin shed a tear of joy, embark on a task to plan out every meticulous detail in the city. Power, water, sewage, waste, heating, services, industry and multiple statues of Lenin to make all citizens proud of living in the greatest Soviet Republic!

The most intricate city-builder game I've played, by the time of writing this review I still have yet to tackle the pain that is realistic mode however this game offers so many mechanics for you to learn and implement into the city that it can make a city feel really lived in and lively. Nothing beats the feeling of making a city fully self-sustainable and profitable, you can customise the citizens allegiances and preferences to make them an oddly pious in a communist society or go full Eastern European and make them all alcoholics.

Honestly the only complaint I have of this game is the infrastructure placements like roads, pavements and rails, which can be very annoying to fiddle with and can make me spend most of my time just trying to make it look proper, but otherwise great game! 9.5/10

If you have a job, play this game on easy mode.

I play tested this game in creative mode with all the hard abilities turned on and I am glad I tested it with creative mode.

Because it would of taken me way more time to build a basic city.

This game has everything but the one thing that stopped me was that the people are just a resource. I kinda wish this game had a better way to manage jobs and civs like other city games.
