You get all achievements by completing the rounds eventually killing the boss at the end of the game. I did this by just going for the damage upgrades, the illusion upgrade and the auto turret upgrade. (When these upgrades present themselves) For the boss round, focus on the minions while attacking the boss when you feel you can or you will be swarmed, especially look for the enemies which shoot the slow freezing shots, as if one of these hits, your run is basically over.
