I want to play and stream this gem of a classic game on Twitch but I cannot get it to work. If I do, I cannot change screens or the size goes super tiny and the sound goes bat... crazy. Can't even adjust the sound volume in settings. Please please tell me you guys are going to remake what I consider one of the top 10 video games of all time. PLEASE!!?!?...

Let me ask you a question. I now have about 50 hours on my savegame and have encountered exactly 100 UFOs. I've smoked out a few bases, etc. Now it feels like everything has come to a bit of a standstill. I haven't been able to research for a while and I've always captured lots of living aliens after battles, but none of them can be interrogated. Is this normal, or do I have a research bug? By the way, I use “OpenXcom” to play. At the moment I have no option to research or rebuild alien submarines, but...

I enjoy the series but do we think firaxis would remake TFTD or turn it into a xcom 3 with underground lovecraftian horror monsters? Do ppl enjoy this game what about it is fun? Instead take the time to setup OpenXCOM which can use its data files to play it on modern systems, with bugfixes and high resolution support. this should be stickied as it is THE premiere way to play TFTD nowadays. I'm a fan of the original and openxcom is everything the original release should have been (research bugs fixed) and includes options that other mods have incorportated over the years. absolutley no reason not to play it this way!...

Ahoj, vyzná se prosím někdo v hexeditoru? Já jsem z něj úplně vedle. Pořídil jsem si staré serie X-com, co chodí ještě přes ms-dos (hraju na pc přes emulator) ale nejsem IT a asi mám některé věci (názvy ) možná i popletene, tak se předem omlouvám za špatná označení.
