Why are the controllers not working immediately after downloading the game? The hands do not respond to the movements of the controllers.

Hello, Just purchased this game and so far looks very good. I am using the Oculus rift and noticed that there is no way to rotate the player? Makes it very difficult for those using rift with 2 sensors.

I just purchased the game, although haven't played it because its still downloading. However, I am watching a video review of the game on youtube. It appears the player doesn't have to pull the charging lever after reload, nor pull the pin on the grenades? From the video this looks like a great game, but could use those little extra touches that have become VR standard cannon thanks to games like onward....
