If you do an organised review attack (eg: many negative reviews in such a short time with similar content in reviews) it will get marked off topic by Steam's off topic review detection system. I don't dictate that,Valve does.

And the review stats say that nearly 8 of 10 players are fine with CS2.
Also I highly doubt they read reviews for looking for bug reports (and that they do read reviews at all), they have an e-mail for bug reports.
