To have a further look into this for you (to see what options are available to recover the account) I would advise contacting the email team over at the portal directly. There, they will be asking you for information which can help with locating your account.

Once you have created a case, they will ask you for the following information:
- The Trackmania/Nadeo/Maniaplanet username or login
- Any email addresses that were used for the account
- A picture of the CD key from their proof of purchase, or game manual.
