I cant log in at all

42% and game no working

Is there an update going on or something

I've uninstalled and reinstalled three times and it still tells me no internet connection. What can I do?

Two days ago I tried to log in and my original base I've worked on for close to a year now would not load and I was directed to begin building a brand new base and have to start all over. Attempted to contact support and all I got in response was a computer generated suggestion about disinstall game, wait a few minutes and reinstall it again which did not work to get my original base back.
